The H.A.S.S. Group recently showcased its Noise-Ban custom-made hearing protection solutions at the KwaZulu-Natal Industrial Technology Exhibition (KITE) 2025.

The company specialises in industrial hearing protection tailored for high-noise environments in industries such as mining, manufacturing, aviation, food production and agriculture.

Each Noise-Ban device is custom-moulded to an individual’s ear, designed to ensure optimal comfort and consistent protection. Adjustable attenuation filters allow users to maintain communication and situational awareness - essential in dynamic and potentially hazardous workplaces.

The product range Includes:

  • Noise-Ban Elite – top-of-the-range unit with adjustable filters.
  • Noise-Ban Custom – acrylic-based, fixed-filter hearing protection for general applications.
  • Noise-Ban Soft – made from medical-grade silicone, for use with helmets or tight-fitting headgear.
  • Noise-Ban Detect – metal-detectable plugs for the food and beverage sector.
  • Noise-Ban Supreme – features filter technology that allows the wearer to hear detail while simultaneously protecting the ears, suited for executives, consultants and management.
  • Lifestyle hearing solutions – for activities such as swimming, sleeping, shooting and motor sport.

Noise-Ban also offers an annual monitoring programme to ensure ongoing device effectiveness and extended warranty support.
